We deliver to the United Kingdom, the European Union and selected international destinations. The countries available are shown at checkout.
Delivery costs
United Kingdom: Standard delivery £4.99. Free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more.
European Union: free standard delivery.
Other international destinations: from £23.99, or carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout.

Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 working days. Some items are sent directly from our suppliers' warehouses, so items in the same order may arrive separately.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery window for your address is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Estimates are not guaranteed, and customs checks can add time to international orders.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Where prepaid duties are offered at checkout, these are charged before payment; otherwise they are payable by the recipient on delivery.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.
Problems with delivery
If your order is late, damaged or incorrect, please email sales@pleasemakemehappy.com, quoting your order number. This does not affect your statutory rights.
